rubber compounds are the product of extensive research
and development incorporating the very latest in rubber
molding technology.
These pneumatic shaped solids represent the newest generation
of industrial tires offering exceptional performance and
smooth rides for maximum driver comfort.
Millennium premium pneumatic shaped
solid replacement tires are built tough with resilient
natural rubber and a rugged two stage construction. Millennium
tires feature aggressive tread designs and energy efficient
compounds that improve productivity and reduce replacement
and maintenance expenses. Millennium Pneumatic shaped
solids and ideally suited for both electric and combustion
engines and virtually eliminate punctures and blowouts.
We offer many of our solids in a widetrak to maximize
stability.

Runner compound: |
Heat is rubbers worst enemy, and
in applications where long runs and heavy loads
cause most tires to fail, we have engineered the
millennium cool runner tire. By blending compounds
and carbon blacks, we have designed a new generation
of tire that resists heat build up in abusive applications.
The cooler a tire runs and dissipates heat, the
longer tire life you have. Dynamometer tests of
our tire along with other major manufacturers show
that the other tires, on average, heated up and
failed within 50 minutes at 10 mph 2500 PSI. All
compounds tested heated up and failed at the temperature
of 300 to 500 degrees. The cool runner compound
ran for an average time of 240 minutes at a temperature
below 280 degrees
