Millennium press-on tires are available in a variety of compounds to meet the needs of any application. Manufactured exclusively in the United States, our natural rubber compounds are the product of extensive research and development incorporating the very latest in rubber molding technology. These press-on's represent the newest generation of industrial tires offering exceptional performance and smooth rides for maximum driver comfort.

Millennium press-on tires are built tough with resilient natural rubber that delivers exceptional performance in even the most demanding applications. Our tires resist heat build-up, cuts and abrasion while offering the highest load capacity.

Our compunds feature extremely low rolling resistence which means improved fuel efficiency and increased productivity. Millennium press-on tires utilize proprietary Chemfused bonding that locks the rubber to steel base bands resulting in a bond that exceeds the tensile strength of the material it holds together.

Millennium tires are ideally suited for both electric and combustion engines. They are available in a variety of specialty compounds and tread configurations to meet the needs of any application.

RUBBER TIRE REPLACEMENT
For optimum performance we recommend that rubber tires be replaced when
approximately 30% of the available rubber tread is used.
To assist you in deciding when to change the tire we suggest you use the following formula:
OD
= Original outside diameter of tire
ID
= Inside diameter of tire
X
= Maximum recommended wear
Y
= OD at which tire should be changed
Formula to obtain wear:
X
= [(OD - ID) ÷ 2] x .30
Y
= OD - X

Example: 18 x 6 x 12 1/8

X
= [(18 - 12 1/8) ÷ 2] x .30 = .881
Y
= 18 - .881 = 17.12

Conclusion - Tire should be changed when the OD is reduced to 17.12
