For returns
please call, 1-800-329-9132
You must obtain an order RGA # by calling
the 800 number above, BEFORE shipping the
product back.
You will be provided with a return form that
you must use as a packing slip with the return.
The address to which you must return the product
will be detailed on the form along with method
of shipment. Do not send freight collect.
If the product is found to be defective an
appropriate allowance for the product will
be added to your credit for the freight, along
with a fair, and reasonable allowance for
the product based on the usage.
Failure to follow these guidelines may cause
a delay in our response to your return.
A minimum of 15% will be deducted in the form
of restocking fee for parts returned, if they
are no longer needed. Returned tires must
be new and never mounted on a wheel or a hub.

Guarantee |
Every tire
and wheel we manufacture is guaranteed to
be free from defects of workmanship and material
without limit as to time or mileage. If your
product has failed in normal service we will
either repair or replace it.
If a prior recommendation were made for the
need for a premium compound in the application,
the warranty may be void. No product manufactured,
altered, or modified at dealer request or
by the dealer is refundable.
Warranty does not extend to consequential
damages arising from defective products. In
no event will any allowance or adjustment
be greater than the original cost of the item
to the original purchaser. The warranty is
limited for the exclusive benefit of the original
purchaser of the product and is not assignable.

| Shortage
/ Mis-Shipment Claims |
Any claim of shortage or mis-shipment on an
order must be made within one week of arrival
at your facility. Save all packaging materials
when making a shortage claim. |
| Shipping
/ Handling Charges |
UPS shipments are subject to a small handling
charge. On prepaid shipments, we reserve the
right to select the mode of transportation.
